Onsite Registration at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel & Towers:

On-site registration and Conference information center are located on level 2 at the top of the escalators. Conference attendees may register at the following times:

  • August 20, 2007: 0900-2200
  • August 21, 2007: 0730-1900
  • August 22, 2007: 0730-1900
  • August 23, 2007: 0730-1730

Conference attendees who have pre-registered may pick up the Program Book, Abstract Book and other Conference materials at the Registration Desk.

Registration Fees

Fees are listed in US dollars. Click here for current exchange rates.

Early Registration
up to April 30, 2007: $475
Regular Registration
up to July 25, 2007: $500
Late/Onsite Registration
after July 25, 2007: $575

Registration fee includes admission to the Conference, Conference program, abstract book, welcome reception, wine and cheese mixer, breakfast buffet each morning, daily refreshment breaks and Tillicum Village dinner excursion.

Method of Payment

Full payment in US dollars is required to complete registration. Payment by US check or credit card will be accepted. Please note that the transaction on your credit card statement will be called Venture2.

You may also wire transfer the registration fee which requires an additional US $25 fee for processing. You must add this fee to the total. For wire transfer payment instructions, please contact the Conference Secretariat at 425-451-4087 ext 227 or email .

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent to AIDS Vaccine 2007 c/o Venture2, in writing, by mail or fax. You may also transfer your registration to a substitute by notifying AIDS Vaccine 2007 c/o Venture2, in writing, by mail or fax.

Cancellations received by July 20, 2007 will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 20, 2007.

If for any reason the Conference should be cancelled, AIDS Vaccine 2007 will refund the registration fee. The Conference is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs.

Confirmation of Registration

After you register for the Conference, you will receive an email confirmation for your registration with additional information. Please make sure to save the user id (email address) and password you chose for your registration. You will need the user id and password to get back into the registration at any time.

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend the Conference, a substitute can be named to take your place. The following rules of access to the Conference also apply to substitute Conference attendees:

Please note that the Conference is limited to participants actively involved in HIV vaccine-related research, either at the academic, governmental, private sector or community level. The organizing committee of the AIDS Vaccine 2007 Conference reserves the right to refuse the registration of anyone not meeting this requirement.

Letter of Invitation

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation for obtaining visa or permission to attend the Conference, please go to the "General Information" section, "Entering USA (passport and visas)" for more detailed information. A letter of invitation will not be submitted until the Conference registration fee has been paid in full.

A certificate of attendance will be available upon request at the registration desk on-site.

Identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all Conference functions.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge claims against the Organizers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration, the participant accepts this provision.

Optional Excursions
