A limited number of rooms are available in three hotels at lower rates for Conference attendees. To take advantage of these special rates, please make your reservation as soon as possible. Once the Conference room block is filled, these rates may no longer be available.

Reservation Methods

The Seattle Convention and Visitors Bureau is the housing agency for AIDS Vaccine 2007 and will take all reservation requests through the online reservation system, via faxed housing form or via telephone. Once you have completed your reservation you will receive a confirmation of your reservation including instructions for making changes, cancellation policy and additional hotel contact information.

Please reserve early because August is a peak tourist month in Seattle.

Hotel Rates

PLEASE NOTE: Entire hotel is non-smoking

Standard Accommodation Rate: $187 single or double occupancy (Rate includes complimentary high speed internet access)

Club Level Rate: $217 single or double occupancy (Club level accommodations include: continental breakfast, high speed internet access, evening drinks/hor d'oeuvres, complimentary access to health club)

Government Rate: $136 single or double occupancy (Valid government ID will be required. Room reservations are on a first come, first served basis.)

Seattle hotel occupancy tax is currently 15.6%. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
