Oral Presentations
Oral abstract presentations are scheduled for 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions and answers.
All presentations will be done with computers provided by the conference. Mac computers will be equipped with Windows Office 2007. PCs will be equipped with Microsoft XP and Microsoft Vista. PowerPoint is the accepted format. Personal laptops may not be used.
The Speaker Check-in desk will be located in La Sorbonne A & B and is open during the designated times below. Please note that presentations not submitted on schedule may result in your talk not being accompanied by graphics. Presentations may be brought on CD or USB Sticks.

Poster Presentations
Poster Sessions will be held in the Les Clubs de Jazz room at the Marriot Rive Gauche Hotel and Conference Center. Poster space is a portrait poster board with the dimensions of 118 cm X 95 cm. You will need Velcro to adhere your poster to the poster board. All posters must remain up for the duration of the Conference. All posters should be removed at the conclusion of the final poster session on Wednesday, 22 October between 17:00 – 18:00. Posters note removed by 18:00 will be discarded.
