Coordinating Committee
Initial steps to establish the Enterprise were undertaken by a self-appointed Steering Committee. This committee was subsequently replaced by a Coordinating Committee which has been the primary body responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Enterprise in conjunction with the interim Secretariat.
